Information Loss – Printing Errors

How many printers are there in your offices? Do you know their features and capabilities concerning data storage and retention? Are they PIN-protected? Are they networked and uncontrolled? Printers are potentially a major source of information loss within the workplace and are often forgotten when constructing security measures, with many managers focusing only on the computer hardware and communications networks.
