How to Get Crisp Clear Images of Fast Movement from Your CCTV System

Today, two different techniques are available to render video: interlaced scanning and progressive scanning.

Which technique is selected will depend on the application and purpose of the video system, and particularly whether the system is required to capture moving objects and to allow viewing of details within a moving image.

If you need to capture moving objects you should be considering progressive scanning.

The complexities of specifying the latest digital CCTV systems are covered in ARC’s new course:

Specifying Security Technology, in which a whole day is devoted to demystifying digital CCTV in order to be able to make informed specifications.

Course dates are 21 – 25 July 2008. Contact Janet for details.
