The purpose of the investigation may be to establish that a crime has been committed, prior to calling the police, or it may be in support of potential litigation and/or internal disciplinary procedures.The new 4-day INVESTIGATING AND INTERVIEWING SKILLS developed by Linx International on behalf of ARC Training will provide the essential skills necessary to undertake fair, legally compliant and effective internal investigations. The programme is highly interactive with many practical elements including how to maintain an investigations diary, how to take statements and manage interviews etc. The course is based on UK law.
