The recent IT Security and Incident Response Course proved to be a great success and received great accolades from all who participated in the two-day interactive programme, as one delegate writes:
The course was informative about the ways in which corporate IT systems can be compromised, and the practical exercise gave me more confidence in establishing structured and appropriate ways of dealing with incidents of IT crime.
The course is delivered by Ed Wilding, who, when not training, runs a consultancy which specialises in tracking down employees who misuse corporate IT systems for crimes such as fraud and information theft. No detailed technical knowledge is required to attend the course, which is intended for those whose role may in some way involve the detection and investigation of internal crimes committed with the use of a computer.
The next course takes place 12-13 November 2008 and is already attracting great interest. Contact Janet for details.
